The Dance with a Red Tulip is the intimate dance we all share with our solitude. The fear of being alone, or the mere thought of it lasting a lifetime, can be one of our greatest anxieties. We often envision loneliness as a dark, empty space within us—an abyss we hesitate to explore.
After enduring nine months of depression and feeling anger towards life for its perceived injustices, I discovered that the power to change my perspective had been within me all along. I began to recognize my own courage and strength to reject what no longer served me. More importantly, I learned to befriend my loneliness. Ultimately, I realized that I am never truly alone; my loneliness accompanies me wherever I go. I am her, and she is me, and holding within her the most exquisite facets of my being.
Red tulips symbolize deep, unconditional love—the kind of self-love that is essential for true fulfillment.
